Michael solved a problem with rain flow from the roof over our garage’s side door. He installed a rain deflector on the roof in a place where a gutter could not be installed. He is very knowledgeable and came up with the best solution for our problem. His pricing is very reasonable and the quality of his work is excellent. The job was also completed when promised and very quickly. I highly recommend Michael’s Maintenance and he will be my “go to” guy for all future handyman needs.

Michael came to our rescue for multiple light fixtures changes, dimmer switch installation and fixing a broken high hat! We are possibly looking to do a built in at some point which he is up to doing as well. He was very nice, efficient and knowledgeable! Keeps his word and gets the job done! Michael did an excellent job! He came out on short notice to assess issues with our boat lift motor. He was attentive to keeping the repair cost as low as possible and regularly followed up with updates on the progress. He was quick, thorough and responsive. Michael was at my house today to check out a job. As it turned out, that wasn’t anything more then a bulb that had been installed incorrectly. While he was here, he fixed three other tasks that needed to be taken care of. He was fast, but also very careful and thoughtful with each project. Initial request was to repair rotten wood under roof as well any rotting soffit and facia. Mike assessed the damage, but prior to repairs, performed a full assessment of the root cause of the problem. His thoroughness and extensive experience, including prior roof work, lead to the conclusion that there were previous repairs that were not correctly done resulting in this damage. While he could repair the damaged rotten wood, without repairing the roof, I would have the same problem in a few years. He provided some references for the roofing.
I though he was finished; however, he followed up to find out if I had received responses from the references–which I had not. His desire to see completion of the project resulted in another follow-up call with some specific references who ONLY worked on roofs (not like the “big” we do everything companies). I called and got immediate responses, actual visits, and potential estimates for necessary work.
The desire to see completed work, the professionalism, and the “will help you” at all cost is the kind of attitude and work delivered by Michael–even when he knew he would forfeit the work to another. His integrity, extensive building knowledge, and his adept analysis are the qualities you should always look for–and he has them!! Thank you for your assistance.

Michael’s Maintenance is an excellent way to go for any project! Michael is prompt, efficient, and qualified for a multitude of needs. He and Hector did a great job of assembling my elliptical and did everything I asked them to do. He even helped me make space in my home gym so I didn’t have to put the elliptical in the garage and freeze. Awesome service! I’d hire him again in a heartbeat 🙂

Our chimney cap got blown off, the concrete has some cracking. Mike gave us a very fair estimate for repairs. We could not do everything needed, so Mike worked with us to fix the area until we could complete the job. Took pictures to show us the damage, then pictures of the repair work he did.
